All About Charlie

Charlie, a native New Yorker, learned the industry from the best. After starting his brokerage career with two of the world’s largest and most recognizable franchises, Coldwell Banker, first, and then Keller Williams, Charlie most recently worked with Triplemint, a boutique, technology focused firm, which has since been acquired be The Agency. Having worked with some of the best in the business, big and small, Charlie decided to move on to his own business where he can better support his clients’ needs whether they are looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate while capitalizing on the knowledge and experience his career has offered. In addition to helping clients with all facets of real estate transactions, through his unique experience, Charlie has helped countless professionals achieve the best version of themselves through one on one coaching and various public speaking engagements.

Prior to entering the brokerage side of real estate, Charlie spent over four years leading the sales team at Onboard Informatics. At the time, Onboard was the country’s leading real estate data provider. In this role, he advised his clients on how to attract more visitors to their website, keep them there longer, and eventually convert more visitors into qualified leads - experience that has helped catapult his ability to best market properties for his clients whether they are selling or leasing their investment.

Charlie’s background in sales began at the age of eight when he opened his first business by selling toys, baseball cards, and lemonade in front of the Upper East Side building where was raised while attending The Buckley School. At the age of 16, he began working at Bloomberg L.P. while finishing high school at The Trinity-Pawling School, after leaving Poly Prep Country Day School in Brooklyn. Learning the ways of the corporate world at such an early age is something that has proved extremely valuable throughout his career. In addition to working at Bloomberg L.P., Charlie gained invaluable experience working on Mike Bloomberg's first Mayoral Campaign by helping coordinate volunteers on the street and in various phone banks. The opportunity to grow up in Manhattan and attend high schools in both Brooklyn and Duchess County allows Charlie to provide unique insight whenhelping his clients understand the intricacies of how living in various neighborhoods might compare to their current home whether that may be in the city or suburbs.

Charlie has also worked for Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC and has been a trusted consultant for various tech startups and architectural firms. In 2009, while living in Charlotte, NC, he founded an irrigation company, aptly named “Charlie Sprinkles,” which was later acquired by a larger landscaping company when it was time to return home to New York.  With a background that combines sales, financial services, technology, home improvement, and architecture, the New York City real estate market is a perfect place for Charlie to thrive.

Charlie’s other interests include baseball, hockey, and the history of New York City. Charlie currently resides on The Upper East Side, a few blocks from where he grew up, with his two English Bulldogs, Cupcake and Gracie.  Most recently, a desire to visit as many National Parks as possible has become a passion, which, of course, comes with a good deal of travel.
